I just love Hero Arts stamps! In my opinion, they have the greatest designs. I'd like to share a card that I made using a cool set of Hero Arts stamps.
I started by using Crate Paper with my Cuttlebug to get some texture. Then I sanded the cuttlebugged pieces. I really like the way that looks. Then I used some vintage music paper and vintage lace on the card as well. I finished off the card with some Primas and an old button.
Thanks for coming by today!

Good morning! Today I would like to share a mini album I made for my Grandmother for her birthday recently.
This is the cover shot of the album. I used vintage music, a doily folded over, a vintage magazine image, my label maker and my sewing machine on this cover.
The view of my very stuffed mini.

Inside page one and two. Mostly vintage items on the pages except for some Prima and Melissa Frances rub ons.
I used a rub on phrase on the paper doily. It was a bit of a challenge to get the rub on to stick on the doily, but I managed.
I used a mix of fabric and paper on this album and I also handstitched on it occasionally.

Some treasures from a good day!
Wow! I had neglected my blog for longer than I thought!!! Today I have some treasures to share with you.
My friends Melissa and Angie come over to visit for the day and we spent the day shopping and gabbing! What fun! I found the little box at an antique store and I loved the shape of it!
This is the inside of the box. I love all the compartments!

A pick at the antique store would not be complete without vintage patterns! :)
I got the following patterns from a JoAnns that was closing. These are actually new patterns but Vintage Vogue reproduction and were only $1 each. They were probably my best find because they were priced at $25 and $27.50 each originally.....great savings!! I can't imagine spending over $150 on patterns!!! $6 was way better!! :)
