I really love nature stamps, particularly birds!! This bird was just purchased from my local store when I went to card class last week. It's from Prickley Pear and you can also purchase a matching die cut as well. The stamp comes in a set with 3 different wings that are seasonal so this bird can be used well into Christmas season even! This card was pretty fun to put together. The multicolored background is Glimmer Mist and that was really fun to create. I distressed the colored panel and card base. Then I used Crackle Paint on the chipboard piece. Once dry, I assembled and inked the edges with yellow using my dauber.
Supplies Used:
Glimmer Mists
Prickley Pear stamps
chipboard frame
Crackle Paint
Liquid Pearls
flowers
brads button
3 D glue dots
The next card uses another new stamp set from my card class last week and this one comes from Hero Arts! (You know I love those retro women images!!) I used a mesh from orange packaging for the Glimmer Mist mask in the right corner.
Supplies used:
Cosmo Cricket papers
plastic doily
ink
Glimmer Mist (Coffee Shop)
I hope you have a wonderful Tuesday!

Love them both - the colors are great, and the monochromatic look is perfect.
