One of my goals for 2010 was to be published either in print or online and these two pieces were made for consideration.
The first card is a Happy Birthday card using vintage sheet music. I love to use vintage sheet music in my projects. I also love to use vintage 1950s patterns and this card combines both of these loves!
The second thing for consideration is this High Fashion atc. I used GCD Studios paper, Cosmo Cricket paper, Marvy flower punch, Vintage Vogue pattern , Glossy Accents, GCD studios domed sticker.
********Updated posting as of April 5th: I am so happy to say that both of my projects were picked up by Scrapbook News and Review!! Now I am going to move on to trying to get published by Paper Crafts or Cards Magazine (those are going to be tough I'm sure!) I am honored to be a part of Scrapbook News and Review!!*******

WOW, simply stunning work, and really nothing simple at all. I know you will get published, you are so talented, it is just a matter of when. Crossing my fingers, just in case :) Love ya!
These are so you, Jules - absolutely fabulicious! Don't forget you may have to delete this post when they let you know you're being published!

These are just amazing!!! I am with Kristin and Gayle!!! You WILL get pub'd!! You really do do amazing work!!! I just love seeing all of your creations. :)
Oh, I was at Archiver's the other day.. thought of you.. K & Co. has a newer line out.. not sure if it is brand new.. all purple's and green's. Made me think of you with your kids all dressed up for Church pics!!! ;)
So very pretty! Love them both - great vintage look.
(When published, you'll just need to remove the photo from the post, not delete the post. They'll probably even give you a nice "out for publication" image to replace it with.)
